About: Round Top Film Festival offers a platform for both emerging and established filmmakers, to share their work with an engaged audience. In this role, you will assist with social media outreach, contribute to festival events, and help manage relationships with sponsors and partners. Specific projects may include database management, researching potential partnership opportunities, and writing marketing proposals. You’ll also engage with universities, collaborating with professors and professional organizations. Experience the festival first hand by supporting day-to-day operations during RTFF and be part of creating memorable experiences for our community!

Qualifications: Applicant should have solid communication skills and a willingness to work. Communications, Business or Radio/TV/Film majors preferred. Event and spreadsheet experience are a plus.

As an intern, you'll play a vital role in supporting our grant research and application process. You’ll uncover funding opportunities, assist in crafting compelling proposals, and gain valuable insights into the workings of a nonprofit film festival. Additionally, you’ll have the chance to create a reusable grant library, complete with templates, boilerplate language, and past applications, ensuring future success for our festival.
Term: Summer & Fall
Qualifications: Applicant should have strong written and verbal communication skills. Candidates should be detail-oriented with strong follow-through. Familiarity with Google Drive and Sheets is beneficial. No prior grant experience needed, but enthusiasm to learn is required.
